• Representing a BC and Alberta, Canada wine distributor who was terminated, as the distributor, of the most successful wine brand in North America. There were four law firms on the other side, three in Australia and one here in British Columbia. Resolved within 6 months of opening the file, through mediation, in October, 2008;

• Representing an Ontario-based licensor of specialized fire fighting products in a trademark infringement and unpaid royalty. Resolved by litigation and negotiation in April 2009; and,

• Representing shareholders in an ownership dispute. Resolved through a combination of a court hearing and negotiation in July 2009.
